I agree with the comments below.
An £80k fine is nothing to this firm which spent millions and millions of pounds on due dilligence.
I'd also fancy a big money bet that any other firm, particuarly one on the High Street, would have faced quite different penalties had it decided to data share thousands of its client files elsewhere. Especially when that decision to share files was only done on the premise that a large windfall was supposedly in the offing.
