I have just received a sealed consent order from Bury. when I say just I mean last Thursday 28th June 2018. It was lodged on 2nd July 2017. It came back with a question in September 2017which we answered and re lodged. It came back in March 2018 with another question which we answered and sent back. It came back in May with the same question that we had dealt with in September.

We are told that the staff have 28 days to send to the DJ. Then they are not allowed to make enquiries as to progress from the DJ for 8 weeks.

They say divorce petitions are down 4%. How can they tell? Probably still sitting on a desk somewhere.
