Just think of it. A country in which the Rule of Law is seriously threatened, where access to justice is ever decreasing, where many judges are undermined and undervalued by the Executive, where some senior judges are little more than government mouthpieces, where asylum seekers are demonised and in which the so called justice system is falling apart. Things don't seem much better in Poland either.
