Am I the only one who may not have the fullest sympathy for Mr Gray? I suspect that had the SRA not messed up its investigation and the way they handled the tribunal proceedings, we may have had a different result.
Those who work in insurance fraud are aware that some Claimant firms regularly act without full or any instructions - hence why so many insurance companies query with Claimant firms the fact that they have received multiple CNFs from other firms for the same claim.
