Sir Richard doesn't seem keen to reply to interrogatories, so let me try to clarify what I think he meant. "Immigration law" appears to attract a disproportionately very large number of ethnic minority lawyers, and also a disproportionately very large number of crooks. I don't draw any conclusions from those facts - but they really do seem to be facts.
