Perhaps this should be the precedent.

Wanted. NQ/1 year PQE. Must have good diction, be hard working, diligent and know how to make a proper cup of tea. Must accept partners foul language and erratic moods and expect long hours without additional remuneration. Benefits a basic salary plus proper training so that in a few years you're actually capable of being a lawyer.
