All firms need admin staff, but for some reason the powers that be decided these staff needed a fancy name and as such fancy names were then handed out so that the firms could advertise that a "friendly, highly trained, executive" would handler their claim, but in reality its generally school leavers plugging these positions with no training and no real future unless they want to be an unqualified team leader first in line to be made redundant when times get rough
