Comment

Whilst the concept of reform may not be a bad one and may even be needed, recent experience would suggest that when it comes to actually undertaking any reform it never quite goes the way it was planned, particularly knee-jerk reforms.

In the end, it seems more likely that any reforms in the current climate would only make things worse. Far better to leave well alone, surely.
