Fine, if it is not made an excuse for maming it even more difficult for tose without a card to get in. At the RCJ there is often one X-ray machine working when the queue needs two, and you can never tell when Carey Street and the other entrance will be open; the Rolls Building is also often understaffed; and then of course there are the Employment Tribunals where once the day;s sittings are under way you can't get in at all because the outer door is closed. And if you want to "observe" you have to give (whom?) your name. So much for open justice.
