This seems to be another example of a non-evidence based assertion of the type that seems all too common these days. By all means let an individual assert that she/he has been sexually assaulted or harrassed, if it be the case, but unless you have undertaken a detailed and comprehensive forensic examination of all or most 'large city firms', don't inflate your own experience that by claiming that it is 'rife' in that sector.
