Wouldn't it be more honest and clear cut just to ban whiplash cases altogether.
Completely unfair and unjust I would agree, but at least it would be strictly in line with so many other governmental 'adjustments' there have been to our legal system over the last few years and we would all know exactly where we stood i.e. there is very little semblance of any kind of justice left for 'the man on the Clapham omnibus' these days.

Lord Denning would turn in his grave!
