For Anonymous Commented on: 23 July 2018 07:18 GMT - The SRA has since 2005 confirmed none undertaking FSA and now FCA regulated activities such as Claims Handling (ICOBS & PERG plus associated FCA Handbook Chapters) by way of business can do so without holding SRA plus FCA authorisations!

MoJ, CMR authorisations never permitted those with only MoJ, CMR authorisations to undertake FCA regulated activities!

Why are insurers accepting unlawful/unregulated traders need to be paid for their fees when the law prevents unregulated Claims Handlers from being paid?

Just saying as so few Claims Handlers/Presenters and Representers appear to hold all the required authorisations to operate within reserved occupations?
