The original award in 2002 gave her £1100 per month for living expenses, plus a house. Up to her how she spent the £1100, which hasn't been increased. Still up to her how she spends it. Given that she seems to have been imprudent and has lost the house, probably sensible to use it on rent. Doesn't mean the husband's 'paying towards her rent'. Might just as well complain he's paying towards her lunch.
