As Mrs Thatcher used to say "No. No. No.". HM Land Registry decided upon having a system which was an invitation to fraud and it can pay compensation until it grows up, abandons the internet and all electronic property transfers and reinstates land certificates as per the 1925 system. Computers are not the future but no one has quite woken up to that yet.
