Respectfully disagree re the above. The courses referred to take place in London or Bristol and cost £425 (plus VAT) plus the train fare to actually get to the venue. They should be free and offered in every major city if the powers that be are serious.

Agree entirely on the criticisms of the methods of recruitment.
