I'm not sure that having the SDT monitoring the internet is sufficient - albeit that as a job creation scheme it will have few equals. What about comments made by solicitors in their offices and their homes? A microphone in every office and every bedroom would enable improper behaviour to be dealt with. It would bring an end to solicitors coming back from the pub (if north of Watford) or the wine bar (if south of Watford) and making grossly offensive comments.
