That's fine, Professor, I commend you for your thorough research. That's what one would expect from the scientific mindset of a 'Professor', if you don't mind me saying so!

But most of us are at work and we don't have time to look up and read the SDT judgment. Nor are we that desperately interested. We have in the middle of a busy day. More to the point, we are commenting purely on the article above and the information contained therein. If it creates a false or misleading impression, that is not the readers' fault.
