If personal injury work is not profitable any more ie if the costs recovery does not pay the overheads - what does that say generally about access to justice? … not much .. and of course the clients when they cannot get representation? Is that an intended or an unintended consequence of the reforms and who in government is going to stand up and say sorry .. we took away injured people's right to sue and recover what properly due to us?
