Doing nothing is apt below. I have a colleague who had a PI case where the paralegal did nothing not even bother to investigate quantum, let alone pursuant to the JSB or Kemp. They then charged the punter 25% of quantum let alone what they charged the insurer if they double charged, so quite dishonest really. I blame the Law Society at the time for courting this behaviour by allowing the spiralling downwards of corrupt and immoral advertising on buses and at doctors and on morning TV, further allowing the abolition of the rules against maintenance and champerty.
