Both links are 'premium content', which means many (some? including me) are unable to access the linked reports. I remain deeply suspicious of electronic signatures for anything except low value banal stuff (where the consequences of being ripped off may be stoically borne) or where there is an evident and trustworthy scheme (by a bank, for example?) guaranteeing the authorisation mechanism.

There are far too many stories of folks being defrauded by online stuff to make one feel comfortable over digital signatures. Progress doesn't always mean better.
