To me this has the hallmarks of punitive measures against an entire section of a large industry because of the rather relaxed approach many CMCs take to “Sharp Practices”.

While many of us will be able to name a few that we believe should certainly be regulated, we can probably name just as many who conduct themselves very well.

Maybe in 10 years they will require to have a vellum charter.
