Somebody said it was ok for Reynobond panels to be fitted,
Somebody said the Insulation was ok, behind a cavity, and where ok with the Insulation swap when they ran out.
Somebody said plastic windows are ok
Somebody said fitting an extractor fan in a plastic panel in the top light of the window was ok.
Somebody said the best way to seal the window into the substrate was with a rubber gasket impregnated with air, making it much more flammable.
Until these persons show themselves to the Inquiry we can only say the main driver was cost.
Meanwhile the Inquiry asks which side of the bed where you sat on when the door opened, which window did you look out of when you saw flames, how did you know it was 01:30 when you smelt smoke.
