How about dealing with firms who are "ripping off" clients by adding fees onto the clients final bill. Ones who pay high referral fees to Estate Agents, and then charge the client for the privilege. Equally look at the bucket firms that are trying to put decent firms out of business by undercutting the services. The bucket firms have non qualified members of staff dealing with transactions and they wouldn't even know what a Title Report is! Surely there is an ethical side to all of this and if you have the integrity of a con man then nothing will change as those individuals/firms will carry on as normal.
