Not without cause. After the AJA 2000 there has been a bingefest of poor base advertising, lawyering (well ostensibly the purported claim of lawyering but actually case management under the misrepresentation of lawyering), and borderline fraudulent claiming of the costs of a Scale D - A 'Solicitor where they haven't done much of the work.

Insurers however can also be framed for Fraudulent release of Data-Sensitive information to their mates at PI 'Law' 'Firms' (I would be very surprised if those firms were not owned in house and fronts, or receiving bungs in the process), and not complying with The Legal Expenses Insurance Directive 1990 in respect of open solicitor of choice and conflicts.

Scruff.
