I am sure this will be the question of all taxpayers: "Why should we pay for this shambles? Why has the Judge not imposed the costs on the, doubtlessly 'supposed', experts we already pay to make rationally based decisions, or at least pointed out the irrationality and injustice of whatever law prevents him from doing so?

It has been clearly shown for years that the power to raid their bank balances is the only thing that will shake them out of their smug approach to their duties.
