So who would fund the MIB for uninsured drivers, who would fund the NHS, who would pay the IPT, you think your average car premiums covers all of this let alone discount rates, vehicle passenger claims, credit hire claims, go on rise up, revolt, read your comic books or maybe grow up and be realistic
