Anon @ 12 September 2018 15:31 GMT - Perhaps because he doesn't currently hold a practising certificate? And it seems he had notified the Law Society (although not the SRA) of the convictions as soon as they happened.

I am a little surprised that he was given a suspended sentence and do think that convictions of this kind do damage the perception of the profession, bu it looks as though the tribunal took that into account. They seem also to have decides that there was no dishonesty or breach of trust, which may explain why they did not strike him off.
