Speaking about AXA's Mr. Williams, a few years ago I had a debate with him on twitter before the latest reforms had been announced when he stated that he thought the fast track threshold for personal injury claims should be the same as the limit for other claims, I pressed him as to exactly what value he was talking about and he replied 'it should be raised to £5000'. He hadn't even realised that the Government had increased the SCT threshold to £10,000. This is a guy who holds himself out as a representative on PI matters for the insurance industry.
