Joe Public may, like me, be having a little laugh about those apparently having casuistic fun with the judge and those colleagues who agree with the claimant winning her cash despite being 'tainted with illegality, because every one of you would be leaping to the defence of a lawyer who managed to find a way round the obvious intention of some tax legislation and deprive impoverished citizens of £millions in State support, of course earning a fat fee in return. Utmost good faith ought to be the general rule in all professional, commercial or financial transactions, not just 'honesty', which seems to have become 'wibbly-wobbly' for some people. What about Archer-Shee?
