I know. All I have to do as a Barrister is mark the back of my brief in pencil. You know sort of I investigated title and no the motorway wasn't going to be driven through your back garden when I didn't look at the Local Authority Searches so I am not to blame type approach?

Not sure about the colour that some Judges would be worried about, whether red for the first amendment, green for the second or purple for the third (after the alterations to the advice that was given is necessary when the proverbial does hit the fan) ...
