That aside, I do find it rather odd that no one in the firm, including, it would appear, one of the firm's partners, could restrain Mr Lopez from this course of action. What if Mr Lopez, instead of being an 'honest idiot', to paraphrase his own words, was in fact a heartless rogue and absconded with the funds?
