Report comment

"Clients or former clients of solicitors, or the opposing party's solicitor," - Am I misreading this, or are they saying that solicitors are being assaulted / threatened by other solicitors?
I have found myself dealing with unpleasant individuals on the other side but have never been assaulted or threatened by another legal professional. I think that I would be far more likely to report an incident involving another lawyer than if it were a client or former client.
