It's the judges fault for creating rules that allow for unmeritorious wins injustice & bullying of LIP by wealthier opponents. Eg i debated with executor in emails. Executor was violent then got lawyer. i email CF. Lawyer says they got the CF. Then when the hearing comes they ambush me with "although we got the CF & it's come to our attention we haven't been served with it & therefore it hasn't come to our attention". Lord Sumption agrees in UKSC case. He says it's up to LIP to learn the rules. Only problem is there a million rules. Thus they are landmines i.e. hidden rules that lawyers can use to beat up LIP & get umeritorious victories. In general, all landmines should be removed or at least clearly signposted. It's evil not to because people will get hurt. Together with the executor's violence, these landmines give me debilitating anxiety. It's so bad I can't use my printer. The lawyer refuses to make an email account that i can use for service. I can't write out a chronology to take to CAB. Basically my claim is wrecked. I have to study the rules all the time. No doubt 1 day i'll find the executor's legally bankrupt or some such BS & my inheritance has disappeared into an offshore tax haven. I can't care for my sick relative because I have to study. He is imprisoned in a home & mental health gradually deterioating. The only remedy i have is to attack the lawyer. Physically stuff the f CF down his throat. Maybe then it will come to his attention. Thus Lord Sumption has implicitly told me to attack the lawyer.
