I have skim read the judgement and first of all good riddance to these four crooks from the profession.

But (a) how could Axiom could ever conceive that would be repaid on their loans ? (b) there was a complete failure of auditing and checking by Axiom and (c) Why did the FSA and/or the Law Society not stop Axiom from offering this insane scheme?

As much as these four we clearly criminally minded , the money was being handed out willy nilly by Axiom.

Edward - someone's personal trainer was paid £66k. Not sure where the rest went !
