What is interesting is this 25% across the board reduction from PI Bumper knocks, that firms are systematically making.

One I was speaking to a bloke at my Lodge about, was doing just this and not even bothering to advise on quantum. In fact I saw no evidence that any Solicitor had even been employed on the file.
