Hmmm... I was as busy as anything in the long aftermath of Lehmans, albeit advising on the legal enforceability of deals done in the bubble, quite a few of which were flawed when looked at in a cooler light. Apart from the fair point of cross-border deals being confined to a minority of firms, it isn't sensible to do all this stuff at fever pitch anyway.

A more interesting question, which for now can only be posed, will be how lawyers will keep up with the legal changes arising from Brexit, especially if it is a 'hard' Brexit.
