Another example of the SRA beating up the little guy without absolute justification!

Did they take into account the duration of service this poor man had given to the profession and with absolute integrity?
NO!

Do the SRA give multi-Million pound legal related corporations the same pounding for much more severe and provable breaches of the rules?
NO!

The SRA have become a powerful tool for the corporate greedy of this nation, whom Understand are mostly owned by foreign governments.

As said many times in the past on Lawgazette by many subscribers, SRA are not fit for purpose! They ought to be reorganised in such a way that they practise the rules they preach!
