Unfortunately this appears to be a familiar tale of the SRA failing adequately to investigate in an impartial manner. They take a complaint and feel it is their duty to put the complainant's case as forcefully as they can. When I was investigated by the SRA I asked them to obtain evidence from a file to exonerate me. Their response was that it was not their job to provide me with evidence in support of my defence.
