Michael @ 21.11. That is exactly what has gone on in the Mags for years. Every client is told by the clerk that they can plead not guilty, but if found guilty or later change their plea to guilty they get a heavier sentence and costs of up to £620 against them. So who is pressuring who to plead???? And don’t ask for an adjournment for evidence. You will treated with utter contempt.
