So instead of directing clients to relevant information in the client care letter when they (inevitably) query the fee on the bill, we will now just direct them to the relevant part of our website. They will still complain, of course, and the legal ombudsman will still award the client a sum not dissimilar to Apple's net worth, and the cycle will continue. How revolutionary.
