What about all the City and international firms? The SRA regulates them in name only.

Any provider of legal services should be subject to the same standard of regulation, thus giving a level playing field for all. However we are all painfully aware the the SRA are incapable of achieving this.

History has demonstrated the SRA’s inability to tackle big firms, whether it be due to lack of resources or intellectual ability, or both. Instead they vent their frustration upon smaller firms, creating the illusion that they are doing something worthwhile and meaningful.
