I think we need a lot more PR from the SRA and Law Society about all this. I have made my website very clear I am a "solicitor" and what that means about insurance and ability to engage in reserved activities and what those are.
I am often confused by "law firm" websites these days where I cannot work out if they are solicitors, some other authorised body, unauthorised contract law consultants or totally unqualified, not even with law degree "advisers"
