I think registration needs to cost more because HMLR need to pay qualified Conveyancers to work on the Registration of FR1 and TP1’s to speed that up. Clients want their new TID ASAP, not 3 + months down the line. I also have been hugely frustrated by pointless requisitions which would not be raised by a qualified solicitor and how about more use of the phone to deal with minor points rather than raise formal, time-consuming requisition?
