What about partners, don’t we count? We are exhausted, as well as running our case loads we have to supervise these junior staff, keep four sets of regulators and lenders happy. Be responsible for overseeing endless audits, set the budgets, try to get everyone to actually bill and bring in the money so that we can pay everyone else first. Not to mention the stress because our homes are financially on the line. If no one does anything to support us then these junior stressed out lawyers will find that we have all died, had nervous breakdowns, I’ve already had two, or retired. They won’t have anyone to employ them and so they will no longer be stressed. Thanks for all your support!
