@ 18.36 I can honestly say I've never personally experienced or witnessed sexual harassment (or worse) in the work place in over 30 years. I would never stand by and put up with it. I would be very vocal, in the moment, and hold people to account. Maybe my attitude deters people from doing it in front of me?

On bullying, let's face it, the law (like medicine, politics, etc) attract a certain type of personality. All have a higher concentration of ego-maniacs, narcissists, and even psychopaths.

There are many studies that show a higher number of men are aggressive, but women are aggressive too. However, women tend to be more Machiavellian. Both are as equally as unpleasant character traits and adversely affect their victims.

The diagnosis is wrong; it's about personality not gender. That is what is wrong with MeToo, the feminazis and the far left. Treating the wrong illness, does not solve the underlying cause! Hence the justifiable "snowflake" retorts.

A woman.
