Wildly unrealistic of Anon the Last to suggest that if the Belfast baker had lost his case "a Muslim printer could be obliged to publish cartoons of Mohammed". That particular analogy raises completely different issues regarding freedom of expression. The problem we have today, and in any foreseeable future, is not that someone might be compelled to publish cartoons of Mohammed - which is pure fantasy - but that everyone is compelled (if not by law, then by fear) to refrain from any animadversions on this and a range of related subjects.
