To- Anonymous of 1 st December- l'm going to cheat and use someone else's words to sum up what you must already be thinking?
I feel l can do this because (a) l know they will not mind & (b) The wording is damn good.
"There is evidence that the banks are complicit with the land registry at asset-stealing by administrative deception, protected by bureaucratic stealth, with institutional intransigence, to the point of criminality".
AND before everyone goes mad with giving this comment the thumbs down, it should be considered that when Graham Farrant took up the post of CEO / Chief Registrar in 2015, he found there was 250,000 cold cases , which must overlap somewhat with the 200,000 cases that were gagged by the Parliamentary & Health Service Ombudsman spaced out over a decade, or to quote again:-
"it will be interesting to see what the gagged cases are, and what are the cold cases - there will be a commonality".
l have to bow to someone who can precisely and deftly cut to the chase, but then they have the type of background and training to follow the money !
