My firm has received a letter. It's very simple how they get their work - we have been advised by clients they simply drop leaflets on new estates and then they trawl to see if they can raise allegations. One client said he had not heard from them for such a long time that they thought it was not proceeding. Clearly, they feel they are now in a position to have a punt. We shall see how this unfolds.
