I have long felt that a modern version of Blackadder could be set at the SRA. The cunning Edmund could keep the show on the road. Percy could be an investigator making decisions and it would all be led by Melchett.
The script could be very similar to Blackadder Goes Forth.

Blackadder : This chap has put himself in enormous danger by not paying insurance premiums. He could be ruined financially. Other solicitors could copy him and be ruined. I have a .....

Melchett: WHAT, he's not paid his premiums. DISGUSTING. Not protecting himself. GET rid of him Blackadder. We don't want his sort in our profession.

Blackadder : But if we did not get rid of him, we could monitor him and gain some money from him over several years to pay back our costs.

Melchett : Don't be so bloody stupid, Blackadder. We can't afford to monitor every Tom, Dick and Harry. RIDICULOUS. Get rid of him.

Percy : We could charge him £5000 in costs and then get rid of him. That would show him.

Melchett : Good man, Percy. Capital idea. Hear that Blackadder. Percy's got brains not a dunderhead like you. Now where is the costs sheet for that DISGUSTING solicitor who spelt his name wrong on his annual accounts. Here it is £1,500,000.00. That looks about right. Possibly a bit low but CAPITAL.
