Any parent of cross-border/dual-national children who has not got/in the process of getting them dual citizenship is arguably a bad parent. Word to Baroness Kennedy: ALL children are vulnerable. That’s what it means to be a child. In the case of custody battles - with mum til age 7, then let the children decide the jurisdiction that applies. This does not have to be rocket science but as always we are underrepresented lions led by overpaid donkeys.
